June has been and gone, and it all happened so quickly? Now with the longest day of the year behind us, we can finally welcome July to the Centre with open arms. This month will see some incredible big stage shows, which have stood the test of time in the West End, alongside some smaller, more contemporary, and beautifully intimate performances. La Voix

All time sass queen and stage diva, La Voix, will be bringing her glamour and glitz to the Centre between 30 June and 1 July for a truly unforgettable experience.

Not only a mesmerising songstress, her electrifying presence has seen her at the final stages of Britain’s Got Talent, and feature on Ru Paul’s Drag Race UK and David Guest my Life! UK Tour.

Listen as she seamlessly switches between vocal impersonations of some of the greatest female singers in history, including Tina Turner, Shirley Bassey and Liza Minnelli. With The IVY Club,

Trafalgar Square, London Pride and The Palladium included in her accolade of incredible performance venues. The intimate setting of our ffresh venue is certain to provide a performance like no other.

Funny Girl

The classic stage hit Funny Girl, will be with us between 4 to 8 July. Notorious for being the role that catapulted Barbara Streisand to stardom, this hilarious and touching story follows one Brooklyn girl’s dreams of Broadway fame.

With stars including Sheridan Smith taking on the iconic role of Fanny Brice herself, and everyone’s favourite Pop Idol Darius Campbell as Nick Arnstein, how could you possibly stay away from this match made in musical heaven?

Join Fanny on her meteoric rise to Broadway fame and stardom, which she achieves while fighting desperately keep her marriage from falling apart.

Arad Goch theatre company is returning to stir up your child’s imagination with its latest performance.

This fun-filled magical show is jam-packed with music and dance based in a dreamy setting. And the best part? Arad Goch will be offering separate performances in both Welsh and English. Choose from either 7 or 8 July and a morning or afternoon slot.

A-wop-bop-a-loo-bop, a-wop-bam-boom, yeah!

If you’re hopelessly devoted to Grease the musical then check out this show between 17 to 29 July. Celebrate 46 years of Danny, Sandy, Rizzo and the gang with this all-singing, all-dancing stage adaptation with a completely new and modern twist. Stars of stage and screen including The Wanted’s Tom Parker as Danny, and Over The Rainbow winner Danielle Hope as Sandy, will bring a refreshing twist to this classic.

The musical will also feature Eastenders’ Louisa Lytton as Rizzo, and a special guest appearance from Jimmy Osmond as Teen Angel.

Seamnhair

The Other Room Will is returning to our Weston Studio with another gripping and intimate performances.

Seanmhair is a tale of two youngsters, bound together by sinister circumstances. Written and directed by Hywel Jones, this unlikely love story unfolds following a happenstantial meeting between young Jenny and Tommy on the streets of Edinburgh. At the Centre 28 -29 July.
